Job Description:
Minimum Education: Post high school vocational/specialized
training Minimum Experience: 1 year formal accounting experience
with emphasis in accounts payable Required Course(s)/Training:
Double entry bookkeeping Skills: Machine Calculator Personal
Computer Photocopier Fax Skills: Other Workable knowledge of Excel,
FAS Fixed Asset system, and AMS Accounts Payable System
Maintains the accounts payable system which includes coding,
processing and reconciling all invoices, matching invoices to
purchase orders, and processing them for timely payment.
Coordinates the accounts payable function with the vendor,
purchasing and receiving departments.
