This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am
- 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work
occasional overtime or weekends.
*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Supports the RPM Program by making outreach calls and enrolling
eligible members. - Responsible for ordering, tracking, and
assisting with equipment set up
Responsible for monitoring Pathway tasks for requests for Virtual
Visit Tablets and/or referrals for the RPM Program.
Make outreach calls to RPM eligible members. - Able to fully
explain program and benefits of participating in program.
Enroll eligible members into the RPM Program using Vivify
Order RPM and Virtual Visit Tablet equipment. - Track shipment of
equipment, then assist member with set up after equipment has been
Correctly assign OAH Clinicians and RPM RNs to the enrolled members
Monitors Vivify Logistics Alerts and follows up, as needed.
Outreach calls to members that have "lost" equipment.
Communicate with OAH Clinicians and RPM RNs.
Document all member interactions in appropriate systems;

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
3+ years of previous experience in healthcare customer service
Microsoft Office Microsoft - Word (create and edit
Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort
Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides)
Knowledge of Medical terminology
Experience working with geriatric population
Ability to type 25+ WPM
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: -The salary range
for Colorado residents is $17.12 - $30.34. The salary range for
Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 - $33.41. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
